Do you use chemicals?

For commercial clients, we offer account facilities (subject to a full credit check). We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash and bank transfer. Residential clients do not have account facilities.

Yes. All chemicals are fully extracted during cleaning, leaving carpets and floors clean and safe once we have finished.

No. Once cleaning is complete and the area has been fully rinsed and extracted, there is no chemical residue left behind. Surfaces are safe for pets. However, pets must be kept away from the work area while we are cleaning.

Thanks to our powerful equipment and specialist drying fans, carpets are usually dry within 2–4 hours.

Yes. We use hoses, machinery, and cleaning solutions that can present trip hazards. Warning signs are displayed, but we ask that you stay clear of work areas until we have finished.

We are generally happy to work at any time. However, if someone on the premises is unwell and cannot vacate the work area, we may need to reschedule to protect our staff.

Yes. We require access to a water supply to carry out extraction cleaning.

Please take care when walking from damp carpeted areas onto hard flooring (and vice versa), as this may be slippery. Customers are asked to sign acknowledgment of this safety advice.

How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

We recommend a professional clean every 12 months, but homes with pets, children, or high traffic areas may benefit from more frequent cleaning.

We use advanced hot water extraction (also known as deep cleaning) with our Airflex Storm machine. This penetrates deep into carpet fibres, removing dirt, bacteria and odours more effectively than standard steam cleaning.

Practical & Booking

Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?

We ask that small and breakable items are removed, but we can carefully move larger pieces of furniture as part of the service.

Prices vary depending on the size of the area and the type of cleaning required. We’re happy to provide a free, no-obligation quote, just get in touch!

Yes, we provide full receipts. We accept card payments, bank transfer, and cash, plus account facilities for businesses (subject to checks).
