Do you work out of hours?
Yes. We work around our clients’ requirements. For commercial premises, we can clean outside normal working hours to avoid disruption.
Are you key holders?
Yes. We are trusted key holders for many clients. All arrangements are agreed individually to ensure keys are handled securely and premises are fully secured after cleaning.
What are your payment terms?
For commercial clients, we offer account facilities (subject to a full credit check). We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash and bank transfer. Residential clients do not have account facilities.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold fully comprehensive insurance.
Do you have DBS certification?
Yes. All staff hold enhanced DBS certification, as we often work in environments requiring higher security levels.

Are cleaned areas safe to walk on immediately?
Yes. All chemicals are fully extracted during cleaning, leaving carpets and floors clean and safe once we have finished.
Are your chemicals harmful to pets?
No. Once cleaning is complete and the area has been fully rinsed and extracted, there is no chemical residue left behind. Surfaces are safe for pets. However, pets must be kept away from the work area while we are cleaning.
Can I walk on the area while you are cleaning?
Thanks to our powerful equipment and specialist drying fans, carpets are usually dry within 2–4 hours.
Are there any dangers while you work?
Yes. We use hoses, machinery, and cleaning solutions that can present trip hazards. Warning signs are displayed, but we ask that you stay clear of work areas until we have finished.

Would you ever refuse to carry out a job?
We are generally happy to work at any time. However, if someone on the premises is unwell and cannot vacate the work area, we may need to reschedule to protect our staff.
Do you need access to water?
Yes. We require access to a water supply to carry out extraction cleaning.
What precautions should I take after cleaning?
Please take care when walking from damp carpeted areas onto hard flooring (and vice versa), as this may be slippery. Customers are asked to sign acknowledgment of this safety advice.
What if I’m unhappy on the day?
If you have any concerns, please raise them immediately. We are professional and respectful, and we will always address concerns on-site wherever possible.
What if my carpet doesn’t look brand new?
Carpet cleaning revitalises and improves appearance significantly. However, no professional cleaner can guarantee carpets will look brand new. We always aim to deliver the best possible results.
